We operate primarily remotely to ensure maximum speed and flexibility in the development and delivery of CAM programs, DXF files, 3D models, and technical documentation, but we can easily provide this service in person directly at your company if project requirements demand it. However, for advanced operator training services and the startup of particularly complex orders, we provide structured on-site interventions and support at your location.

2. Are the CAM programs you generate compatible with my specific CNC machining center?

Yes, the programs are developed in native machine code and optimized specifically for your machine model and CNC control. To eliminate any margin of error, we prefer programming directly on your company’s computers: this allows us to work with your real, up-to-date data (tool catalogs, pod and rail setups, nesting bed configurations, etc.), avoiding issues caused by misaligned software.

This service can be delivered either in person at your premises or remotely by connecting directly to your technical office PC or the machine console. A key advantage of CNC SmartStudio is our complete scheduling flexibility: we can intervene at the end of shifts, during machine downtime or after office hours, as well as covering workload spikes and unexpected absences like staff holidays or sick leave, without ever disrupting your standard production cycle.

Before receiving any executive files, drawings, or concepts from architectural practices or joineries, we execute a formal and binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Our company policy strictly prohibits disclosure: we never publish images, renderings, or construction details of completed projects—neither on our website nor across social media channels—without explicit written client authorization. We choose to forego a large public portfolio for marketing purposes in order to uphold the strictest confidentiality agreements requested. Delivery times vary based on furniture complexity and the volume of drawings or CAM programs required. In any case, every project begins with an initial feasibility study where we agree together on a precise and binding schedule. As a general guide, standard lead times can start from just a few hours for developing shop drawings for a simple wardrobe. Strict adherence to deadlines is a core principle for us, planned specifically so your production lines never grind to a halt.
